1. Entity and acceptance
Lupo Rosso LLC d/b/a Keyframe0
Using the site or approving project work accepts these terms. A conflicting project agreement controls that project.
2. Services and written scope
Written acceptance defines outputs, inputs, timing, and revisions. Extra work needs written approval and may have a separate rate.
Keyframe0 may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in scoping, coding, and building certain assets. All deliverables are directed, reviewed, and finished in the studio.
3. Rates, invoices, and payment
Accepted scope or invoices set the rate and payment timing. Late payment or inputs may pause work.
Outside costs are excluded unless the written scope includes them.
4. Inputs, revisions, and delivery
You must provide accurate materials, permissions, and timely, consolidated feedback. Delays move the delivery window.
Store delivered files safely. New directions, outputs, or content are new scope.
5. Ownership and permissions
After full payment, you own listed final deliverables. Working files, unused directions, methods, tools, utilities, and existing materials stay with their original owner unless scope says otherwise.
You must have permission for supplied materials, and client work is not shown publicly without permission or another written basis.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Completed work and work already performed are not refundable. Written project terms control cancellation, fees, credits, and any studio cancellation.
7. Warranties and limits
No ranking, recommendation, revenue, audience, or platform result is guaranteed. Third-party services remain outside company control.
Where law allows, other warranties are disclaimed, project liability is limited to the amount paid, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
8. Changes and severability
Updates change the effective date. Unenforceable provisions do not void the rest, and one missed enforcement is not a waiver.
